Your email is written and designed, now let’s get it built, scheduled, and sent.
This service is designed as an add-on for clients who’ve ordered copy and/or design services. Once your email is finalized, we’ll jump into your email service provider (ESP) and take care of the setup, testing and send-off—whether it's a one-time campaign or an automation.
What You Get:

ESP Build-Out – We format and build your email using your ESP’s WYSIWYG editor

Link & Formatting Check – Ensuring every button, link, and layout element is fully functional

Test Send for Review – You’ll receive a test email to approve before we hit send

Send or Schedule – We’ll send the campaign, schedule it for later, or activate your automation

Q: Which email service providers (ESPs) do you work with?
A: Any ESP that uses a WYSIWYG editor (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, etc.)
Q: Does this include automation setup?
A: We’ll turn on automations that are already built, but this does not include strategy or full automation building or troubleshooting.
Q: Can you select the email audience for me?
A: We leave audience selection to you, since you know your list best. But if you need guidance, we’re happy to offer suggestions based on the email’s content and goals. Just ask!
Q: Do you offer bulk pricing?
A: Yes! If you need multiple emails built per month, reach out to us at hello@easyemails.co for a custom quote.
