A. Once we have access to your ESP and a bit of background, the audit takes about a week. Just be ready to share logins and answer a few quick questions.
Q. What kind of emails can we create?
A. That’s totally up to you. We can design a welcome series, one-off campaigns, product promos—whatever your business needs most. We can also remodel an existing automation or create a brand-new one from scratch. Not sure? We’ll offer suggestions after we run your audit.
Q. How many revisions do I get?
A. As many as you need. We offer unlimited revisions on both copy and design. Our goal is to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. No nickel-and-diming—just easy collaboration.
Q: Will my designs be optimized for mobile?
A: Our email designs are designed for desktop by default, but we totally get that mobile matters. If you'd like a mobile-optimized version of any design, just say the word—we offer it as a $99 add-on.
Q: Which ESPs do you work with?
A: We work with any ESP that has a WYSIWYG editor (like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Flodesk, etc.). Not sure if yours is compatible? Just ask!
