💬 Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the style, quality, or content of your copy or design, neither are we. Just contact us within 5 business days of delivery, and we’ll make it right—free of charge.

Revisions requested after that window may require an additional fee.

📉 No Performance Guarantees 

We’d love to promise sky-high open rates and endless conversions, but email marketing doesn’t work like that.
There are a lot of factors that impact performance—many of which are out of our control, including:

  • Your audience

  • Your list size

  • List health & deliverability

  • How often you send

  • The performance of previous emails

  • ESP quirks and timing

So while we’re here to make sure your email looks amazing and says the right things, we can’t guarantee outcomes once it leaves our hands—just like a car dealership can’t guarantee you won’t crash your new ride.

But hey—if you follow best practices (and let us help), you’ll be in a much better lane.

📝 Ownership & File Delivery

Once your final copy or design is approved and delivered, it’s 100% yours.
You’ll receive your files in an easy-to-use  Google Doc format for copy, and PNG/XD/PSD for design. 

For email builds, we’ll upload directly into your ESP (if access is provided) or provide the assets you need to do it yourself.

⏳ Turnaround Times

We aim to deliver high-quality work, not rush jobs. Here’s what to expect:

  • Copy: Delivered within 24 hours. 

  • Design: Within 6 business days for new clients (2–3 days for repeat clients)

  • Revisions: Completed within 1–2 business days of your request

  • Final Files: Sent after approval, or when we hit “send” if we’re managing your launch

If your project is time-sensitive, let us know upfront—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

💸 Payment & Invoicing

All projects are invoiced in advance and begin once payment is received. For larger or ongoing projects, monthly invoices are issued in advance. If payment is delayed, your project timeline may shift to accommodate other scheduled work.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Because our work is creative and customized, we don’t offer refunds once a project is in progress. However, if you need to cancel before we begin, just let us know—we’re happy to pause or refund your payment.

Once we’ve started work (research, writing, design, or build), your payment is considered non-refundable. That said, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always work with you to make things right within the scope of the original agreement.

If you ghost us for 30 days or more, we reserve the right to close out the project (but we’ll always try to check in first).
